Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of MyWarmupMix.com and any purchases made through this site.

2. What we sell

MyWarmupMix.com sells creative mix design and arrangement services — not recordings. Purchasing a mix grants you a license to use our creative work as described in Section 3.

3. License types

Pre-Made (Non-Exclusive) — $24.99: Clean copy of an existing mix. Non-exclusive.

Custom (Non-Exclusive) — $74.99: Mix tailored to your specifications. Non-exclusive.

Custom Exclusive — $199.99: Mix tailored to your specifications. Never sold to another buyer.

4. Permitted use

Purchased mixes may be used for personal enjoyment, private events, gym and fitness classes, parties, and similar non-commercial settings. Resale or redistribution is not permitted without prior written consent.

5. Buyer representations

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you legally own or have licensed all recordings referenced in the tracklist.

6. Delivery

Standard delivery is 7–10 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional $49.99.

7. Refunds

All sales are final once a download link has been delivered.

8. Rush delivery

Rush delivery orders are prioritized and delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

9. Creative discretion

For custom mix orders, every track submitted by the buyer is guaranteed to be included in the final mix. MyWarmupMix.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate version, edit, or remix of any submitted track. The tracklist itself will not be altered.

10. Refunds

All sales are final once a download link has been delivered.
