These Terms of Service govern your use of MyWarmupMix.com and any purchases made through this site. By using this site or purchasing a mix, you agree to these terms in full.
MyWarmupMix.com sells creative mix design and arrangement services — not recordings. We are not reselling, distributing, or transferring ownership of any third-party copyrighted recordings. Purchasing a mix grants you a license to use our creative work as described in Section 3.
Pre-Made (Non-Exclusive) — $24.99: You receive a clean, watermark-free copy of an existing mix. Non-exclusive — the same mix may be sold to other buyers.
Custom (Non-Exclusive) — $74.99: We create a mix tailored to your specifications. Non-exclusive — we retain the right to sell the same or similar mix to other buyers.
Custom Exclusive — $199.99: We create a mix tailored to your specifications and agree never to sell that specific mix to any other buyer.
Purchased mixes may be used for personal enjoyment, private events, gym and fitness classes, parties, and similar non-commercial settings. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense purchased mixes without our prior written consent.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you legally own or have licensed all recordings referenced in the tracklist, and that your use of the mix will comply with all applicable copyright laws.
Upon confirmed payment, you will receive a private, expiring download link via email. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available for an additional $49.99. Contact us at info@mywarmupmix.com within 7 days if you experience any issues.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a download link has been delivered.
Rush delivery orders are prioritized and delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
For custom mix orders, every track submitted by the buyer is guaranteed to be included in the final mix. MyWarmupMix.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate version, edit, or remix of any submitted track in order to best serve the flow, energy, and overall quality of the mix. The tracklist itself will not be altered. Buyers who require a specific version of a track should note this at the time of order.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
